Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website (www.dalmaauto.com) or using any services provided by Dalma Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

  1. Services Offered

Dalma Auto Detailing provides the following automotive services in Orange County, California:

• Auto Repair & Maintenance • Paint Protection Film (PPF) • Window Tinting • Ceramic Coating • Paint Correction • Car Wash & Full Detailing

All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, and scheduling confirmation.

  1. Booking & Appointments

• Service appointments can be requested through our website, phone, email, or social media. • A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team. • Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at our discretion. • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

  1. Pricing & Estimates

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. • Estimates are based on vehicle type, size, and current condition. Final pricing may vary after in-person inspection. • A detailed quote will always be provided and approved by the customer before any work begins. • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for vehicles requiring additional preparation or correction beyond the original scope.

  1. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms as displayed at our location. • For services exceeding $500, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit amounts and terms will be communicated in advance.

  1. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price. • No-shows without prior communication may be charged a fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price. • Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

  1. Vehicle Preparation & Personal Belongings

• Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the vehicle before service begins. • Dalma Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle. • Please inform us of any aftermarket modifications, custom parts, or sensitive equipment installed in or on your vehicle before service.

  1. Pre-Existing Conditions & Damage

• All vehicles will be inspected and documented (photos/notes) before work begins to record any pre-existing damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, cracks, faded paint, or mechanical issues. • Dalma Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage that becomes visible or worsens during the detailing or repair process (e.g., weak clear coat, aging paint, loose trim, cracked windshields). • If additional damage or concerns are discovered during service, we will notify the customer before proceeding with any additional work.

  1. Warranty & Guarantees

• Ceramic Coating: Warranty terms vary by product and package selected. Specific coverage details, duration, and maintenance requirements will be provided at the time of service. • Paint Protection Film (PPF): Manufacturer warranty applies. Terms and coverage will be provided upon installation. • General Detailing Services: No formal warranty is offered on standard wash and detail services due to the nature of daily vehicle use and environmental exposure. • All warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period with proof of service. • Warranties are void if the vehicle is not maintained according to provided care instructions, or if damage results from accidents, negligence, harsh chemicals, automatic car washes, or environmental factors.

  1. Satisfaction Policy

• Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. • We will assess the concern and, at our discretion, offer a complimentary correction or touch-up. • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for complimentary correction, as environmental exposure and daily use can alter results.

  1. Liability Limitations

• Dalma Auto Detailing exercises professional care on every vehicle. However, automotive detailing and repair involve inherent risks. • To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. Vehicle Storage & Pickup

• Vehicles must be picked up on the agreed-upon date and time. • Vehicles left beyond 48 hours after service completion without prior arrangement may incur a daily storage fee of $25/day. • Dalma Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles left on the premises beyond the agreed pickup time.

  1. Website Use

• All content on www.dalmaauto.com — including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Dalma Auto Detailing. • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission. • We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.

  1. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  1. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. • Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
