How do I book an appointment? You can book through our website, by phone, email, or social media. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

How long does a detailing service take? It depends on the service and your vehicle's condition. A basic detail typically takes 2-3 hours. Full details, paint correction, and ceramic coating may take a full day or longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Do I need to prepare my vehicle before bringing it in? Just remove all personal belongings and loose items from your car. We'll take care of the rest.

How is pricing determined? Our pricing is based on vehicle size, current condition, and the services you select. We always provide an upfront quote before starting any work — no surprises.

Do you offer mobile detailing? Contact us to discuss mobile service availability in your area. We primarily operate from our Orange County location.

What products do you use? We use only premium, professional-grade products that are safe for your vehicle's surfaces and deliver long-lasting results.

How long does ceramic coating last? Depending on the product and package selected, ceramic coatings can last anywhere from 1 to 5+ years with proper maintenance. We'll provide specific care instructions after application.

What is paint protection film (PPF)? PPF is a transparent, self-healing film applied to your vehicle's paint to protect against rock chips, scratches, road debris, and everyday wear. It's virtually invisible and preserves your factory finish.

Will paint correction remove all scratches? Paint correction removes surface-level defects like swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. Deep scratches that penetrate the clear coat may be improved but not fully eliminated. We'll assess your vehicle and set honest expectations before we begin.

Is window tinting legal in California? Yes, with restrictions. California law allows tinting on rear and back side windows at any darkness level. Front side windows must allow at least 70% light transmission. We ensure all our tinting work complies with state regulations.

Do you offer warranties on your services? Ceramic coating and PPF services include manufacturer warranties. Specific terms and coverage details are provided at the time of service. Standard detailing services do not carry a formal warranty due to daily use and environmental exposure.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results? Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we'll work with you to make it right.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Can I wait while my car is being serviced? Depending on the service, wait times can vary. For longer services like full details or ceramic coating, we recommend drop-off. Contact us to discuss the best option for your appointment.
